Long Branch Public Library is an independent library and part of the STELLA Consortium. Remaining independent allows us to have full control over the materials we purchase and the award-winning programs and services we offer. As part of the STELLA consortium, our cardholders can access 3.5 million items, 43 member libraries and over 50 locations!
