The Elberon Branch Library Has Reopened!

Categories:

Exciting news, Long Branch! On Monday, April 27th, we proudly reopened the doors of our beloved Elberon Branch Library.

Through this renovation, supported by The City of Long Branch, the Elberon Branch received much needed repairs including a new roof, new electrical system, restrooms, new window, new furniture and shelving, a beautiful repaint, the refurbishment of its iconic red double doors and more.

This reopening is a true celebration of community, service, and historic pride. From our staff who moved thousands of books, to the Long Branch Department of Public Works, Assistant Director Kate Angelo, Director Tonya Garcia, and Elberon Branch Manager Tara Sullivan, whose leadership made this all possible.

We’re also deeply grateful to our Mayor and Council and our Board of Trustees for their continued support.

We are so honored to return this magical, charming building to our patrons. Come visit us and see the transformation for yourself!
