Business Office Coordinator

Sunrise Senior Living

At Sunrise, our Business Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting the community with business administration, human resources and system related business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in billing and accounting support services
  • Follow accounting calendar to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Maintain team member personnel information
  • Complete training designed for position
  • Complete state-required training per regulations

Qualifications:

  • Dedication to seniors and positive can-do attitude
  • Business computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Organization, time management, problem solving/resolution, decision making

Service Leader

Chipotle at Red Bank

The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. The responsibilities of this position require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. If they are not busy, they are expected to evaluate what other tasks need to be completed and assist others with those tasks.  

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety requirements
  • Monitor crew breaks
  • Resolve customer incidents
  • Train front of house crew
  • Assist with performance reviews

Qualifications:

  • Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food with Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
  • High School diploma
  • Restaurant experience
